Pay Your Bill

As an update, accounts that were with our prior vendor are now being managed by the new vendor, Kopp Billing Agency. Accordingly, you may receive Samaritan Medical Center bills from our new vendor that has older dates of service. Although we apologize for this, our records indicate that these balances are valid and remain due. Should you receive a bill, you may mail payment by check, pay online, pay by phone or questions can be directed to (315) 779-4007. In addition to the older statements being mailed out, there have been technical issues with our online bill pay system which has resulted in difficulty paying online and in higher-than-expected phone calls to our new vendor. They are working through these technical issues and anticipate a resolution shortly. Should you call into the patient billing team and are unable to reach a representative please use their scheduled callback feature to receive a call at a more convenient time for you.
