Temporary Closure of Medical Office Building Main Entrance

WATERTOWN, NY – Starting Monday, August 17, 2026, the main entrance to the Medical Office Building, MOB 826 Washington Street, is temporarily closed and all staff and patient traffic has been directed to the side-door entrance off Woodruff Street.

We have been alerting patients in their patient reminder calls and text messages and have placed signage to ensure traffic diverts to this side door. The main entrance is barricaded with fencing.

This temporary entrance will be in effect until the end of September.

Please note that this does impact direct regular access to many offices, including Samaritan Ear, Nose and Throat, Samaritan General Surgery, Samaritan Dermatology, Samaritan Neurosurgery, some outpatient ultrasound appointments and the Samaritan Interventional Radiology Clinic.
