Watertown Family Health Center
The Watertown Family Health Center treats patients for short-term illnesses and injuries and monitors ongoing care of long-term conditions, such as high blood pressure and diabetes. This location also provides annual physicals, adult immunizations, health screenings, and blood tests.

Samaritan Health and Wellness Plaza
The Watertown Family Health Center and the SMART Clinic are located at the Samaritan Health and Wellness Plaza. This hub for medical services also houses the Women’s Wellness and Breast Care office, Outpatient Behavioral Health, and a Lab & Imaging Center.
