At the rear of the Health and Wellness Plaza, Samaritan’s SMART Clinic offers primary care services. Providers at this clinic are Samaritan Graduate Medical Education Residents completing their advanced training for Internal or Family Medicine.
The SMART Clinic is located at the rear of the building at Door H.

Samaritan’s Residency Program
As the only academic teaching facility in Northern New York, Samaritan Medical Center attracts medical students and physicians pursuing advanced residency training from across the country. Our medical students and resident physicians benefit from a comprehensive educational experience, including daily lectures, one-on-one clinical exposure in various specialties, and engagement in clinical research.
Samaritan Health and Wellness Plaza
The Watertown Family Health Center and the SMART Clinic are located at the Samaritan Health and Wellness Plaza. This hub for medical services also houses the Women’s Wellness and Breast Care office, Outpatient Behavioral Health, and a Lab & Imaging Center.
