Clayton Family Health Center
The Clayton Family Health Center offers Pediatric and Family Medicine. Patients can also receive immunizations and allergy shots, same-day sick appointments, transition of care case management, individual and family behavioral health counseling, and walk-in lab and X-ray services. Providers are also available after hours on-call.

Lab: Monday-Friday 7:15 a.m. – 3 p.m.
X-ray: Monday-Friday 7:45 a.m. – 4:15 p.m.
