Susan Peters Nurse Practitioner (NP) Scholarship Application Form

The Susan Peters Nursing Practitioner Scholarship was established to assist with the education costs for a Registered Nurse (RN) who is continuing his or her education and specifically pursuing a Nurse Practitioner (NP) degree. 

The Samaritan Foundation will award two (2) scholarships in the amount of $2,000 each year.
