Accidents and illness happen when you least expect them, and usually when you’re busy doing something important. That’s why Samaritan’s LeRay Urgent Care Clinic is conveniently located right outside the north gate of Fort Drum, offering quick, comprehensive care when you really need it.

  • No appointment necessary
  • X-ray and lab services on site
  • Open to all ages, from infants to seniors
  • Most medical insurance plans accepted, including TRICARE and Martin’s Point*

*TRICARE beneficiaries no longer need a referral to be seen at Urgent Care, unless they are Active Duty. TRICARE patients who are Active Duty Military must seek a referral from the Guthrie Health Care Clinic in order to be seen at our Urgent Care Clinic. These patients should call Guthrie at 315-772-2778. After business hours, this number will automatically transfer the patient to the NAL for assistance with a referral.
